Jon and Wendy Taggart, beef artisans and founders of Burgundy Pasture Beef are bringing the first exclusively Grass Fed Meat Market to Dallas. Target date for opening is Thursday, November 17.
Location for the new store will be at 3314 Ross Ave – at the corner of Hall and Ross, near downtown.
“We have delivered our 100% grass fed beef and other products via home delivery since 1999” says Wendy Taggart, “Our stores – Ft Worth, Grandview and now Dallas - are all a step towards making our products more convenient to those who want local pasture-raised meats. We currently serve many wonderful long-time customers in the Dallas area and believe having a store there will make our products accessible to many more.”
Burgundy’s Local will offer – in a full range of cuts – Burgundy’s Grass Fed Beef, Pasture-Raised Pork and Chicken, Grass Fed Lamb, Raw Milk Cheeses, Free-Range Pastured Eggs and other complimentary items.
“And just like our beef, all the meats offered have NO Antibiotics or hormones and are raised sustainably in a natural habitat”. We do all the cutting and packaging of our beef, pork and lamb at our USDA approved butcher market, The Burgundy Boucherie, south of Ft Worth in Grandview, TX. Our pasture raised chicken - from Cobb Creek Farm in Hillsboro - will be dressed out weekly with a chilled and frozen offering.”
Store hours will be Monday through Saturday 10 am until 6 pm.
And Sundays 11 am until 4 pm.
