The final Chef’s Table Cooking Demo for the 2012 market season is being hosted by Keller’s own Chef Peter Mollett of Smokin’ Texas Gourmet. Besides being a tasty affair, it will be a great opportunity to stock up on Smokin’ Texas Gourmet products, since the last day of the 2012 market season is Oct 27.
For the first demonstration, Chef Peter will treat us to a breakfast vegetable frittata, easily prepared and using some of his patented seasoning mixtures.
Then, at 10:30A demonstration, Chef Peter will turn to lunch ideas, featuring Cuban pulled pork with Smokin’ Texas Gourmet Sweet Onion Peach Salsa, and a side of Southwestern Black Beans.
Between and after cooking demonstrations, enjoy the lively country, folk, Western and humorous rock sounds of Terry Allan Hall.
