Terri Taylor has edited a beautiful tribute to the historic and expanding diversity of Dallas and Fort Worth’s best regional cooks, local food growers and providers, and sources of uniquely North Texas artisanal products.
McKinney, Texas and Collin County chefs and farmers are well represented in this handsomely designed book, with even a couple of Motley family organic concoctions. The wonderfully clever and instructive double-sided cover provides a delightful poster on the inside, illustrating historic views of old Ft. Worth and Dallas neighborhoods, including locations of some of their by-gone farmers’ markets.
