We are a CSA (community supported agriculture) microfarm located in Addison. We use natural, sustainable farming methods and fertilizers rather than chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Traditional American, European and Asian vegetable varieties along with some proven hybrids are grown on our farm. Taste is the primary characteristic considered when selecting cultivars to grow. Supermarket growers bypass some of the most delicious and nutritious varieties because they don’t ship well or look perfect when ripe.
