Our Beef Jerky is completely handmade using USDA approved Eye of Round Black Angus Beef.

We hand trim our meat giving you the leanest cut of beef.

Each slice is seasoned to perfection, then naturally slow smoked for 8 to 10 hours with the finest South Texas mesquite wood. This incredible treat is vacuum sealed to help keep your jerky fresh and tasty.
