The Ranch at Las Colinas is a restaurant with its roots deep in Texas soil. Our shrimp and redfish are caught off the Texas Gulf Coast. We source our Texas Kobe beef from the southern plains. Our steaks are naturally raised & hormone-free, & are sourced from the Red River Valley. But chef Troy Walker's menu isn’t the only thing influenced by Texas.
