Cold Springs Farm is located near Weatherford, TX. The farm specializes in Rare & Heirloom varieties of vegetables and fruit. Produce is available only through the farm CSA, local restaurants, and gift boxes which are available for shipping.

The farm is 33 acres, much of which is dedicated to research and development of new melon & watermelon varieties as well as propagation of endangered or commercially extinct varieties.
