2 ripe avocados

½ cup minced onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 small tomato, finely chopped

1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice (or juice of 1 fresh lime)

2 tablespoons of cilantro

1 tsp cumin

½ teaspoon coarse salt

Ground pepper to taste

 

Cut avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh

Peel and mince the onions and garlic

Chop the tomato

Mix all ingrdients to the desired consistency
