We caught up with Stephanie Vandegrift from Stephanie's Premium Bakery at the McKinney Farmers Market today.  Stephanie reports that her new "Super Bar" is one of the fastest selling items in her lineup of all natural cookies. And the original version was a mistake!  "We made them as part of an order from Baylor Hospital, and decided to deliver them anyway,  They were a hit." 

The bars are made with oatmeal, cranberries, chocolate, almonds and coconut with cocoa and cinnamon on the bottom.  The bars are gluten-free and made with no refined sugar.  A one-ounce bar is only 98 calories.
