Four Seasons Markets, the European-Style Farmers Markets organizer, will open a farmer’s market in the Town of Flower Mound on Saturday, June 11th.

“We have been working with the Town of Flower Mound for several months on that project, to finally end up with an agreement that allows us to operate a European-Style farmers market, year-round.”. says Vincent Hirth, Founder and CEO of Four Seasons Markets, LLC.  “It is always great to work with a town that recognizes the value of such events. We are confident that the Flower Mound communities will support it.”

The Flower Mound Farmers Market will open Saturday’s year round beginning June 11th on the Town Hall’s parking lot (South East corner of Cross Timbers and Morriss Rd). Hours of operation: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

“The Town is very excited about the opening of the Farmers Market”, says Matthew Woods, Director of Environmental Services. “We’ve received a lot of inquiries and positive feedback about opening a market in the Town.  Based on the variety of vendors and feedback so far, we anticipate it will be very successful.”

We anticipate an average of 50 vendors to attend the Flower Mound Farmers Market on a regular basis, with 80% Food Vendors. For the Grand Opening, participating Vendors will include: D-Bar Farms (Local & Fresh Produce), La Esperanza Farm (Local & Fresh Produce), Wholesome Farms (Non-GMO Pork, Beef, Chicken & Eggs), Kinsey Cattle Co. Four Seasons Markets is currently managing three European-Style Farmers Markets in North Dallas. The Campbell Farmers Market (Campbell Rd & Floyd – Richardson. TX) accommodates more than 65 local vendors on Saturday, the Belt Line Farmers Market (Belt Line and Coit Rd) operates on Sunday from 10am to 3pm with over 45 vendors and the Carrollton Farmers Market (Josey and G. Bush) on Sunday has over 60 regular vendors.

Farmshop Center is introducing its first live event this Thursday (March 19) from 5.30pm until 10pm. The evening will be spent on the patio or in the spacious Bistro, featuring fresh, locally grown and harvested MUSIC! The 3 bands we selected for the first event are: Kinsley August, McKinney Root and Daylight Industries.

Food and drinks will be available all evening, including hot or iced coffee (provided by our local roaster Coffee del Rey), Greek snacks and finger foods.

That evening will be recorded by DJP Mobile Sound Productions and uploaded to our YouTube Channel.

The Richardson Farmers Market, managed by Four Seasons Markets, is a European-Style market that has been operating in Richardson for almost four years.

Thanks to the new Open Air Market ordinance voted by the City of Richardson, Four Seasons Markets is now allowed to welcome vendors selling hot foods and food trucks to set up. The Richardson Farmers Market will also be able to bring more vendors – up to 84.  

Among the vendors selling ready-to-eat food this Saturday February 7, you will find: Bold BBQ, Tamales over Texas, Farmshop Bistro, Easy Slider Truck and Homes Deli (Corned Beef sandwiches).

Jan. 20, 2014. Fairview, TX - Today, the Farmshop Bistro – located inside the Farmshop Center at The Village at Fairview - is launching a new menu that will use even more food items from local providers.

“The goal here is not only to offer customers a great menu created out of local ingredients but also to support local small businesses”, says Vincent Hirth,  founder and CEO.  “If you liked what you just ate at our Bistro then we can tell you who we bought the products from. Even better, come over on weekends and meet with them at our Indoor Farmers Market!”

So far, our food providers include: Coffee Del Rey, Four Seasons Local Bakery (breads and pastries), Hinds Feet Farm (free range chicken), Terra Sienna Grass Fed Beef , 5 Star Farm (fruits and vegetables), Olives ‘n Oil, AP Apiaries,  Irion Pecans, Basic Foodism (sauces), Unfruitgetable (smoothies), Heirloom Gourmet Delights (Pickles) and MJ’s Vegan Gourmet (gluten free breads and pastries).

The team behind Four Seasons Markets is opening a new indoor market concept called Farmshop Center at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Farmshop Center is a 20,000-square-foot facility situated in the heart of The Village at Fairview. It will operate an indoor European-style market and a coffee bar, serving organic coffee, healthy smoothies, locally-made pastries, sandwiches, soups and more. The place will also include a local food shop, a health and beauty area, a space for cooking demos and a kids area.

Farmshop Center’s services will include catering, lunch/dinner boxes, food and craft classes and a food co-op.

The indoor market will open on weekends only, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays. The market will welcome local food products (fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, local cheese, spices, fresh pasta, olive oil, pastries, chips & salsa, smoked meat, tamales, etc.), as well as handmade products (soaps and lotions, hair accessories, garden decor, jewelry and more). A total of 38 vendors have already signed up for this year.

This Saturday (June 28th), the Richardson Farmers Market welcomes Bonterra Organic Vineyards who will conduct a wine sampling and tasting. Brazos Valley Cheese will be back with a large variety of hand crafted cheese made in Texas (brie, cheddar, Gouda, etc…). To complete the picture, Four Seasons Local Bakery will be there too with more bread, croissants, scones and other pastries.

Four Seasons Markets, the European-Style market organizer, will open Four Seasons Local Bakery on June 21st and operate from both the Richardson Farmers Market and the Fairview Farmers Market. Four Seasons Local Bakery is a partnership between La Française Bakery and Four Seasons Markets. Additionally, Four Seasons Local Bakery will carry scones and sweet breads from Florine Bowman Pastries, which have been available at Four Seasons Markets since 2009.

The goal is to provide high quality bakery items on a weekly basis to the customers of Four Seasons Markets. All products have no additives, no preservatives and they are made freshly for the Market.

Four Seasons Markets, the European-Style Farmers Markets organizer, re-opens its second location in Fairview, TX.

This year, the market will be located in the Southeast area of The Village at Fairview at the corner of Stacy Road and Prairie Road (between Macy's and JC Penney) and will be open every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturdays and 11:00 am - 3:00 pm on Sundays.

The first weekend event will be held on Saturday, March 22nd from 10am to 3pm and Sunday, March 23rd from 11am to 3pm.

The European-Style market welcomes local food products (fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, Local cheese, spices, fresh pasta, olive oil, pastries, chips & salsa, smoked meat, tamales, etc..) as well as handmade products (soaps & lotions, hair accessories, garden decor, jewelry and more). Depending on the day, local artists will exhibit their artworks and activities may be planned to entertain children and families.
