The team behind Four Seasons Markets is opening a new indoor market concept called Farmshop Center at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Farmshop Center is a 20,000-square-foot facility situated in the heart of The Village at Fairview. It will operate an indoor European-style market and a coffee bar, serving organic coffee, healthy smoothies, locally-made pastries, sandwiches, soups and more. The place will also include a local food shop, a health and beauty area, a space for cooking demos and a kids area.

Farmshop Center’s services will include catering, lunch/dinner boxes, food and craft classes and a food co-op.

The indoor market will open on weekends only, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays. The market will welcome local food products (fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, local cheese, spices, fresh pasta, olive oil, pastries, chips & salsa, smoked meat, tamales, etc.), as well as handmade products (soaps and lotions, hair accessories, garden decor, jewelry and more). A total of 38 vendors have already signed up for this year.
