Lovejoy Farm
Lovejoy Farm is located in Bosque County near Lake Whitney in central Texas. We raise clean, pasture finished beef.
Our pastures are free of chemical fertilizers and toxic sprays and have been for the past 7 years. We use a natural dry fertilizer and supplement by foliar feeding with liquid molasses and active soil amendments.
We have selected Senepol as our beef breed for their well known resistance to flies and parasites, tolerance to heat, calm nature and tender meat. Our animals are raised on grasses, legumes, water and minerals. The mineral mixture contains diatomaceous earth to insure all micro-nutrients are available and the animal has a clean healthy digestive system. No growth hormones, antibiotics, or chemical wormers are used, ever!
Our pasture finished beef is custom processed at a local USDA-inspected facility and cut and wrapped to your specifications. Our beef is sold by hanging weight in halves. Prices vary somewhat, so please call for a current price.
