Filmmaker and former Telluride Mountainfilm Festival Director David Holbrooke has joined the EARTHxFilm Festival as artistic director. EARTHxFilm will take place April 13 through 22, in Dallas, with more than 100 features, shorts, films workshops, panels, music and art at venues throughout the city. The events will culminat from April 19 to22 at Fair Park as part of EARTHx (formerly Earth Day Texas). The festival will award over $25,000 in prizes this year.

Holbrooke will build upon the strong programming of EARTHxFilm’s Inaugural festival, which launched April 2017 as part of EARTHx, founded by Trammell S. Crow, the world’s largest annual eco exhibition and conference that takes place every Earth Day weekend.
