Looking for Buyers' Group Coordinator of Pastured, Grass-fed Meats

Our good friends and partners at Sloan's Creek Farm have developed a buyer's group system to bring their products directly to local neighborhoods.  Local Yocal is looking to expand  this system - we are in search of buyer's group leaders in Uptown Dallas, White Rock Lake, and Arlington/Grand Prairie areas.  We need to add groups slowly, so if your community is not included, be on the lookout for groups coming to your area in the future. 

A buyer's group leader will be responsible for gathering orders from their group members, sending the orders to Local Yocal, receiving the group's products and dividing into the member's individual orders.  The leader will need to coordinate pickup from members and store the product in appropriate cold storage from the point that we drop off until the member's pick up.  In exchange for the administrative work, the group leader will get a percentage of the group's order as a credit for their products.  If you already know several people who would be interested in forming a group with you, you have an extra freezer to store orders, and are a gifted administrator - this just might be a great option to help slim down your grocery bill.  If you are interested please email us at groups@localyocalfm.com and let us know which area you are interested in and why you would make a great buyer's group leader!
