CHEFS BOB STEPHENSON AND CARLOS AREVALO INVITE YOU TO THE TABLE AT KELLER’S FnG EATS

New eatery opens August 28

Chef Proprietors Bob Stephenson and Carlos Arevalo are proud to open the doors to FnG Eats, Keller’s newest dining destination for locally sourced upscale-comfort food. Scheduled to open August 28, the chef-driven “American grill” serves up lunch and dinner service, and box lunch take-out. Located at 201 Town Center Lane, Ste. 1101, Keller, Texas 76248, the newly renovated space seats 100 guests, including a community table, patio dining, individual seating in the open kitchen space and meeting room space for 30.

Using fresh food offerings from the Keller Farmers Market, the FnG menu uses the perfect blend of creativity, inspiration and skill to create dishes based on homestyle favorites as well as new innovative offerings. Small plates like J.A.C./Roqamolé, Scottish Salmon Deviled Eggs, and Two Finger Tacos give patrons a perfect amount of flavor and fun. For lunch the Spinach Chard salad and the “Acme Brick”™ Cuban sandwich are sure to be crowd favorites. However, it’s the “Mains” (main dishes) like the Cantimpalo Conchas, PEI mussels with chorizo and wood-grilled garlic tomatoes served with fire-kissed Nola sour dough, or the Apple-Stuffed Pipestone Farms Pork Chop with sweet potato pepadew hash that will have dinner diners in true bliss – until, of course, they bite into the Chocolate Jenga or the Taste Coaster. Every dish will be served with a big helping of hometown hospitality. 

Pre-grand opening activities include fundraising for ALS of Texas, the Food Project of North Texas and the Timber Creek High School Band, three organizations close to Bob and Carlos.
